Raw Material Area

The raw material is steel coil. We will prepare the material in advance to meet production and fast delivery. The entire process step will start from here: loading, spining, drawing and transport.

Product Stamping

32T to 1000T stamping machine. From large to small parts, including all stamping parts except coverparts, with the production ability of 1.5 million parts.

And we add a new stamping automation line will further increase stamping production capacity.

Product Assembly

According to different customers and different models,

The assembly workshop has a semi-automatic assembly production line. The products passing through the spoke production line and rim production line will be press mounted and union-melted here.

The monthly output can reach 130K pieces of finished products.

Finished Product Warehouse

Inventory finished products are neatly stacked indesignated areas and locations according to product and customer requirements, and the first-in, first-out operation mode is maintained.
